Robert Lankford has seven years of structural engineering experience with dams and appurtenant features in support of dam safety. His experience includes evaluations of hydraulic structures, such as gravity and arch dams, spillways, and radial gates against various static and dynamic loading conditions. Robert has also assisted in several Part 12 inspection reports and potential failure modes analysis (PFMA) workshops. Areas of focus include finite element analysis, hydraulic structures, and risk analysis.

Robert attended Colorado State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in civil engineering with a focus on structural mechanics.
