A project manager in Gannett Fleming’s Security & Public Safety Business Line, Jes Gearing works with clients at the federal, regional, and local levels to assess resiliency, security, and emergency preparedness across a range of industries. From assisting in the development, training, and exercise of emergency action plans (EAP) for state- and FERC-regulated dams to helping utilities incorporate continuous improvement plans into their resiliency programs, Jes’ main goal is to help clients work efficiently and effectively with limited human and capital resources. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and creative writing from Emory University.
