For nearly 10 years, Greg Herbert has been providing ratemaking and evaluation services that help clients ensure equitable capital recovery, as well as revenue commensurate with the cost of providing service to each class of customer and the proper values of their infrastructure. In his role, he serves as a primary resource both to consulting teams and clients to reconcile portfolio discrepancies, determine report preferences, and provide portfolio analyses. Greg earned a Bachelor of Science in economics from Penn State.
