Dennis Anosike leads the firm’s Advisory Services Corporate Business Group, including integrated risk management, technology implementation and support, security and public safety, and financial analysis and funding support.

He guides and advises transportation organizations as they plan for challenges resulting from industry and economic forces of change. His owner’s perspective creates opportunities to help clients improve interagency coordination, create financial strategies, plan for climate adaptation, manage assets, and mitigate risk.

With nearly four decades of experience, Anosike has provided financial and organizational change management leadership in large complex organizations. Before joining Gannett Fleming in 2022, he was the executive vice president and chief financial officer for the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority. He led its financial transformation, driving strategy and management for capital market activities for infrastructure initiatives.
