Bryan Mulqueen oversees Gannett Fleming’s Transit & Rail Corporate Business Group, effectively directing challenging, high-profile projects, including planning, design, construction, and operations, across North America.
Mulqueen’s industry-specific expertise extends to large passenger and freight infrastructure programs and projects. He specializes in various aspects of the design and construction of complex rail and transit infrastructure.
