“Gannett Fleming is home to engaged and passionate employees, and 90% of them say they would recommend us as an employer. It’s an honor to help build that inclusive, innovative, and collaborative culture.”
Arthur “Art” Hoffmann oversees Gannett Fleming’s shared administrative services, including information technology, human resources, corporate learning, safety, legal, and quality.
Hoffmann’s expansive 40-year career includes serving as Gannett Fleming’s first corporate quality officer, founding the firm’s first geotechnical practice group in a regional office, and leading the effort to certify the firm’s quality management system to the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
With roots as a geotechnical engineer, Hoffmann is one of approximately 350 engineers to be granted the diplomate, geotechnical engineering certification by the Academy of Geo-Professionals.
His many contributions to the industry include serving as president and chairman of the Geoprofessional Business Association, overseeing the organization’s 50th anniversary celebrations.
