The constant development of emerging ITS devices and systems that are being planned and implemented require a workforce that can operate and maintain them. This presentation will provide a synthesis of activities taking place around the topic of TSMO workforce development and an applied research approach to evaluate the potential impacts and projected changes to the workforce due to automated/autonomous snowplows.
