Stormwater Pollution Prevention and SPCC
Any facility conducting on-site activities that could cause pollutants to wash into stormwater runoff must complete a stormwater pollution prevention plan. The plan must include a site drainage map and assess current material-handling and best management practices. Permits additionally require an annual review to verify the continued accuracy of site drainage conditions and the potential pollutant sources initially identified. Gannett Fleming has prepared stormwater discharge permit applications, pollution prevention, and spill prevention, control, and countermeasure (SPCC) plans for industrial and commercial clients in more than half a dozen states.
