Community Right-to-Know
The Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act of 1986, commonly referred to as SARA Title III, established requirements for local, state, and federal governments and industry regarding emergency planning and "Community Right-to-Know" reporting on hazardous and toxic chemicals. Gannett Fleming has helped many facilities comply with the requirements of this act since its inception.
