Successful highway projects connect people, communities, and businesses. Balancing transportation needs with client requirements, user benefits, and community concerns takes significant expertise. With the final design of more than 1,000 miles of highway to our credit, we have it. Time after time, our clients rely on our ability to plan and design highways that suit impacted communities and meet regulatory requirements while staying on-time and on-budget.

Our Experience

We Know Roads
We know what it takes to plan, design, build, safely operate, and maintain them. Our experience ranges from corridor studies, location studies, and master plans to interstate highways and electronic toll facilities. We’ve completed designs on 1,500 miles of multilane and split-level roadways. Our final designs include interchanges ranging from the simple diamond type in rural areas to complex, multilevel connections, diverging diamond, and single-point urban interchanges.

While we’re best known for designing major highway systems, we also design two lane arterials, realignments, bridge approaches – all of the parts necessary to complete the system. And, we have expertise in localized streetscape, traffic calming, context sensitive solution design and Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure recognized initiatives.

Local, Sustainable Solutions
Urban or rural, simple or complex – whatever the location or project needs, we work alongside you to achieve the optimal, localized approach to your project, always with sustainability, environmental and regulatory concerns, safety, and the future in mind.

We receive national and international recognition for our innovation, expertise, and leadership in bridges and structures. We consistently rank among the top 20 Transportation firms by the Engineering News-Record. Our projects consistently rank in Roads & Bridges magazine Top 10 list.
