 Preliminary Engineering/NEPA Documentation
At the Preliminary Engineering level, we can supply a
multitude of design alternatives and Context-Sensitive
Solutions to aid in the difficult decision-making
process that sometimes accompanies a project. Our staff
can provide project
visualization materials such as 3D movies, renderings,
and flyovers to aid our clients and the public in obtaining
a mental image of the final plans. Because understanding
a project is so important in gaining public support, we
encourage the participation of public and local officials
whenever possible. Our QA/QC procedures
are well established, starting at project inception. Our
management philosophy includes the use of a Project Execution
Plan (PEP), which is included as part of the Scope of Services
for design to deliver a quality finished product.
