 Designed by our firm’s Pittsburgh, Pa., office, this project provides a much-needed link between Interstate 79 and the Pennsylvania Turnpike (PTC), integrating the diverse transportation networks of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and the PTC. The project has increased traffic mobility and passenger safety.
