Sound operations and maintenance (O&M) procedures are essential
to assuring system reliability (uptime), maintaining cost-control,
saving energy, obtaining full equipment life, and avoiding costly
repetitive breakdowns. During the discovery process, we first
sit down with clients to understand their business and associated
facilities’ infrastructure. Once we have a thorough understanding
of the current environment, we look for strategic ways to improve
the O&M function so that it supports the mission of the facility.
