We provide diverse building-focused architectural and engineering design services to the commercial, institutional, and industrial markets, which require a broad range of service options for education, healthcare, government, military, manufacturing, industrial, and pharmaceutical facilities. High importance is placed on both the need to efficiently use energy and improve productivity. New construction, expansion, and modernization require design and integration of power systems (high-, medium-, and low-voltage substations), as well as facility detections, protection, and communication systems. The occasional need exists for facility inspections, diagnostic analysis, start-up, and construction services.

No matter what the application, our staff gives us the ability to handle small- and large-scale projects where system reality and performance, along with meeting schedule and budget requirements, are critical client concerns. We have evaluated and modeled the adequacy and reliability of existing systems and auxiliary facilities. Many major renovations involving phase-by-phase design and construction have been successfully completed with minimal disruption to active operations.

Focused on incorporating sustainable design practices, we have certified Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED^®) accredited professionals experienced in designing interior lighting sources and effective control strategies. This ensures maximum efficiency and also provides visual comfort by varying light levels and providing as much natural light as possible. Our outdoor site and building lighting designs eliminate the transfer of light from the site to the surrounding area.

In addition, we have Registered Communication Distribution Designers in-house who are involved in the upfront work with our clients' information technology personnel. We also have Certified Energy Auditors, Certified Lighting Efficiency Professionals, and Renewable Energy Professionals in-house to maximize sustainable design options.

We can also provide integrated security system design to your facility, including access control, intrusion detection, and closed-circuit television. Our knowledge of telecommunications and electrical engineering enables us to interface our design with other building/campus systems.
