Storage Tank Inspection & Maintenance
Our firm provides comprehensive engineering, inspection, rehabilitation, repair, repainting and preventative maintenance services for water system storage tanks. Our approach takes the entire water supply system into account, not just each individual tank. We understand water supply industry trends (water quality regulations, security and safety); water distribution system components (pipe, pressure, flow and equipment); and long-term client goals and objectives (life-cycle cost, quality of work, schedule).
Based on these factors, we define a capital improvement program that allows the tank owner to prioritize and select improvements. A typical tank inspection report addresses issues associated with access, security, safety, operations, performance, maintenance, water quality, communications, instrumentation, structural integrity, cathodic protection, coating condition and site conditions.
Our alternate approach to condition assessment through construction minimizes the administrative burden on our clients and provides them with a reliable and cost-effective, yearly capital expense program. It additionally satisfies the technical needs in the order of priority established by the client and the tank inspection and maintenance program.
We maintain a NACE International Coating Inspector CIP Level 1 certification associated with our tank inspection and maintenance duties.
