Progress Payment Preparation & Validation
 We utilize computerized spreadsheets, customized for each project, to track the construction contractor’s progress and provide back-up documentation for all contractor periodic pay requests. We are experienced with documenting both lump sum and unit price contracts. The contractor’s progress is recorded on a daily basis for verification of monthly tabulations in the spreadsheets. This level of detail also assists in quickly resolving any discrepancies that may be cited by the contractor, allowing us to expedite review and validate contractor payment requests.
