Our philosophy is that the major parties involved in a project must work as a team in order to promote overall success. The team includes the owner, construction contractors, design professional, Gannett Fleming, regulatory agencies and local government authorities. Consideration is given to all team members, recognizing each may have a different view, but all are committed to achieving the same goals - quality, timeliness and cost effectiveness. We began using this team concept well before such key concepts as “Partnering” became buzzwords in the construction industry. Gannett Fleming understands the importance of keeping all involved in the project informed of the status of the work as it affects their activities. Communication with parties both directly and indirectly involved in a project is a key to the success of the project. This communication must begin prior to the commencement of construction activities and must continue through the completion of the project. Our concept fosters ongoing open communication among team members which is essential to minimize conflicts, complaints and misunderstandings throughout the duration of the project.
