Contract Administration
 Our field personnel receive a comprehensive briefing on their projects’ associated tasks, starting with a thorough examination of the plans and specifications. They first become familiar with all contract document requirements and are informed of any document modifications or revisions.
The goal is to prepare our staff with the necessary information to perform efficiently in the field. They must be able to quickly and efficiently identify the contract drawings and shop drawings that contain information pertaining to each task at hand. Furthermore, they must identify submittals required of the contractor prior to initiation of specific construction activities.
