Helping Build Leaders for the Future
Stephen Welsh, E.I.T., a geotechnical designer, based in the firm's Valley Forge, Pa., office, served as a senior counselor at the New Jersey Association of Student Council's (NJASC) Leadership Training Conference. Held at the College of New Jersey, high school delegates who are active in their student government attend the conference to become more effective student leaders. Stephen led workshops in public speaking, communication, goal planning, and time management. He has volunteered for this event for the past nine years.
