
Hawk Named Regional Office Manager

(Jacksonville, Fla.) Thomas C. Hawk, P.E., was recently named a regional office manager for the Jacksonville, Fla. and West Palm Beach, Fla., offices of Gannett Fleming, an international planning, design, and construction management firm. Hawk previously served as the firm’s Southeast Region water resources marketing director.
With his recent promotion, Hawk is responsible for managing the operation of the firm’s Jacksonville and West Palm Beach offices, including the Water/Wastewater Practice, Site Remediation Practice, Geotechnical Practice, Dams and Hydraulics Practice, as well as geographic information systems projects. A vice president with Gannett Fleming, he is also responsible for managing municipal engineering services, including technical studies, preliminary and final designs, planning studies, and annual services for municipal and private clients.
Hawk has been an integral part of the growth and development of the Jacksonville and West Palm Beach offices. He holds a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering, a bachelor of science in zoology, and a master of science degree in sanitary engineering from Iowa State University. A registered professional engineer in Florida and Georgia, he is a member of the Water Environment Federation and a life member of the American Water Works Association. Hawk resides in Jacksonville.
Since 1998, the Jacksonville office has been providing a variety of services, including water and wastewater, site remediation, geotechnical engineering, geographic information systems, and transit and rail.
