Cintarosa Ranch Receives Gold Nugget Award

 (Phoenix, Ariz.) The Cintarosa Ranch at Desert Mountain was one of the five Scottsdale homes honored with Gold Nugget Award at the Pacific Coast Builders Conference in San Francisco. Gold Nugget Awards recognize builders, developers, architects, and land planners from 14 states and international countries who improve their communities through exceptional concepts in design, planning, and development.
Gold Nugget award winners are known as representing the "Best in the West," an accurate description of the trend-setting qualities and geographic reach each project encompasses. Cintarosa Ranch received an Award of Merit in the category of Outstanding Single Family Detached Home – more than 4,500 square feet.
Gannett Fleming, an international planning, design, and construction management firm, provided land surveying and civil engineering services for the design and construction of the Cintarosa Ranch lot, as well as for the entire 21-lot residential subdivision at the exclusive Desert Mountain planned community. The Gannett Fleming team worked closely with the client and the project team to design and integrate the subdivision within the extremely rugged and challenging terrain.
Gannett Fleming services involved generating development review-board documents and preparing the final improvement plans, including the final plat, design reports, paving, water and sewer, and grading and drainage plans, along with stormwater pollution prevention plans.
