Gannett Fleming Names Senior Associates

(Harrisburg, Pa.) Gannett Fleming, an international planning, design, and construction management firm, recently named 6 new senior associates.

George R. Campanella, P.E.George R. Campanella, P.E., is an electrical department manager based in the firm’s Mt. Laurel, N.J., office. With more than 18 years of experience, Campanella oversees the management, design, and planning of electrical, mechanical, and communication projects for industrial, commercial, educational, and transportation facilities. He holds a bachelor of science in electrical engineering from Drexel University.

Terry L. Downs, P.G.Terry L. Downs, P.G., is the manager of the firm’s Pittsburgh Geotechnical Services Group. With more than 23 years of experience, Downs oversees geotechnical projects and provides quality assurance oversight of reports, project drawings, and contract documents for water resources, geotechnical, and transportation assignments. He holds a bachelor of science in geology from the University of Pittsburgh and a master of science in civil engineering from the University of Maryland.

James M. Dziedziak, P.E.James M. Dziedziak, P.E., serves as director of transportation for New Jersey operations and as a senior project manager. He is based in the firm’s South Plainfield, N.J., office. With more than 22 years of experience, Dziedziak oversees the management, design, planning, and coordination of transportation projects, including highway, local and county roadway improvements, bridge replacements, and transit facilities. He holds a bachelor of science in civil engineering from the University of Dayton and a Project Management Certificate from The Pennsylvania State University.

Christopher D. Krebs, P.E., CFMChristopher D. Krebs, P.E., CFM, is the Environmental Resources Division’s manager of geographic information systems (GIS) services. With more than 15 years of experience, Krebs leads the integration of GIS into the firm’s environmental practices. A certified floodplain manager through the Association of State Floodplain Managers, he holds a bachelor of science in civil engineering from The Pennsylvania State University and a Geographic Information Systems Certificate from George Mason University. Krebs is based in the firm’s corporate headquarters in Harrisburg, Pa.

Mark M. Pilwallis, P.E.Mark M. Pilwallis, P.E., serves as a Transportation Section project manager based in the firm’s Phoenix, Ariz., office. With more than 18 years of experience, Pilwallis performs studies and designs of bridges, roads, and transit systems. He holds a bachelor of science in civil engineering from The Pennsylvania State University.

Robert J. Taylor, P.E.Robert J. Taylor, P.E., is a project manager in the Transportation Operations Group. He is based in the firm’s corporate headquarters in Harrisburg, Pa. With 14 years of experience, he performs traffic analyses and transportation engineering design, as well as the design and deployment of traffic signal systems, and intelligent transportation system projects. Taylor holds a bachelor of science in civil engineering from The Pennsylvania State University.
