(Locust Valley, N.Y.) The First New York Water Environment Association (NYWEA) Scholarship Program Fundraiser Dinner Cruise was held on Sept. 23. Fotios Papamichael, a vice president and regional office manager with Gannett Fleming, served as chairman of the event.
Nearly 300 people attended the dinner cruise aboard the World Yacht, which offered spectacular twilight and evening views of the New York Harbor. The evening was designed to raise money for the NYWEA scholarship fund, as well as honor nominees for their dedication and commitment to the scholarship program.
The event raised $55,000 for the NYWEA scholarship fund.
